The Bowden Brewing kitchen is home to Masa. Masa serves up truly untraditional Mexican food. Where possible all ingredients are sourced locally and everything, including the Masa (corn dough used to make tortillas) itself, is made in house.

The Lost Loaf is home to award wining baker Emma, who creates incredible sourdough bread, delicious pastries and tarts - all baked on-site at Plant 4.
The handmade sourdough's are made using a unique 36 hour fermentation, which develops beautiful flavours, a softer texture and a great caramelised crust.
