The magic happens just outside of the CBD, in the old Clipsal buildings in Bowden. We’ve buffed and polished these Adelaide relics which now serve as an industrial backdrop for a weekly rotation of markets, special events and celebrations.

Plant 3 and Plant 4 Bowden are family owned and operated, born from a vision of a thriving community and a passion for environmental sustainability.

Plant 3 features an extensive balcony space with views of Bowden Park, a private event space, bar, Italian eatery, cafe, hairdresser, bottle shop/wine bar, microbrewery/restaurant, a dessert house and a plant shop.
